WHAT IS COACHING?
A confidential conversation that broadens perspective, increases accountability and empowers clients to take steps to their goal.
To begin, we discuss the situation or topic and gather information so that we can establish steps toward your desired outcome – it could be improving a relationship, growing professionally, working on personal or financial goals, daring to dream, or pursuing new possibilities.

We will focus on positive movement, emphasizing what you can do, while recognizing and addressing barriers that have hindered progress up to this point.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A COACHING SESSION?
Coaching sessions are usually 1-hour long, and happen over the phone, Zoom, FaceTime, or in person.
We focus on working toward the changes you want to see in your life. I encourage clients to spend some time before the session reflecting on what they hope to cover that day, but sometimes we discover that together in the session.
I will meet you wherever you are in your journey, and we will talk about what you want to achieve or improve.
We’ll discuss the barriers you experience and also explore the opportunities that are present. We will then develop a plan together for moving forward.
In the following sessions, I will follow up on how things are going. I’ll be here to cheer you on as you do the work and reap the benefits. I’m also here to remind you to keep going, even when things get hard.
